Our favourite wooze troubadour Sven Gamsky, aptly known as Still Woozy, returns with a tender new track ‘LAVA’. Once again, fronted by his signature, multi-coloured and overall trippy artwork, ‘LAVA’ is a groove-laden piece of alternative romance. Through his homemade indie funk, Gamsky peels back the cinematic portrayal of relationships to share the reality that, in love, “you feel multiple things in these moments, you feel the hurt and frustration of the fight, but you also feel the underlying love like an undercurrent that guides you back to you senses and your person.” Through adversity, Gamsky came to appreciate his love more, and thus ‘LAVA’ has this euphoric appeal.
